- On departure day the apartment must be cleared by 11.00
- A deposit worth 30% of the total amount will be charged upon reservation
- Balance payment at check-in time.
- Security deposit of € 100,00 refundable upon check-out.
- Guests must leave the kitchenette clean and tidy.
- Pets allowed upon request and subject to a surcharge
